Consumer complaints
In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act Official Gazette No. 19/22), we hereby inform our consumers that they can submit a complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the services provided in written form, at our business premises, and they will receive the written confirmation of the receipt thereof without delay. Complaints can also be sent by post to Plinara d.o.o. Industrijska ulica 17 - Via dell'industria 17, Pula, or to email address: plinara@plinara.hr.
We will respond to the written complaint within 15 days of receiving it. Please include your contact address in your complaint, so we can send you our response.
If you find our written response insufficient, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission in writing at our business premises, by post to Plinara d.o.o., Industrijska ulica 17 - Via dell'industria 17, Pula, or through our web portal www.plinara.hr.
Plinara d.o.o. is obliged to respond in writing within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
